Researchers have shown over and over again that having a hobby reduces your stress and health-wise, having a hobby is much more healthy than using alcohol to reduce your stress and it is definitely healthier for your pocket.

Whether you are piled up at work or just too busy at home with husband or wife and the kids, take a break once in a while and spend time doing a hobby. Lets just think about it for a second – if you work everyday, the whole day and come home and just keep working, you will definitely crash someday. Daily you have challenges at work and as we all know work-related challenges cause stress. Why not just participate in new stress-free challenges. Lets take for example candle making, if you do candle making as a hobby you can sell the candles you are making or you can host workshops and share your passion with others.
